I traced the parts onto card as a template for spares and new builds.

Use a strong tape to back the folded sections, glass fibre tape is great.

Main fuselage section

Air intakes.

Make sure you get the left and right correct.

Trim the edges to 45 degrees on the battery cover and most of the edges to ensure a good fit.

Keep the cut off strips to line the outer folded joins, once glued they can be sanded to give a nice finish.

Temporarily install the fuselage to mark out the inner area.

This area can be covered in glass tape to allow better fixing of the motor and servos.

All parts cut and ready to start build, need some carbon rod for edges and wing.
